The base boards, lamps, and desk was dusty. The shower water was brown, turned wash cloth brown. Toilet kept bringing up stuff that was whatever in it. I complained, they said just let the water run until it clear.
The carpet was filthy the phone didn’t work and the bed had stains on them terrible for almost 200 never will I ever stay there again
The room was really nice and clean, no problems with the appearance of room. Only, we did not receive ANY services in this room. I know you don't change the bed every day, but what about bathroom or vacuum the floor after a couple days of being used. NOTHING!! Also, there were no explanations given on your Housekeeping polices. Upon checking out this morning, there was not anyone to talk or to get a receipt of my charges. It was more of a motel,not a hotel. Clothes storage is rack attached to the wall. You had to request an iron and board from front desk. There wasn't a microwave or refrigerator in the rooms. It doesn't have a restaurant only a grill. It doesn't have the minimum amenities expected to be provided by a hotel. I will not recommend it to anyone nor will I return even if I were given a free room.
This hotel is old and outdated. The carpet needs to be replaced, lots of stains. The beds needs to be replaced. The ac unit is old. The tv is so small. I was so ready to leave. The room was clean though.
Bare basics. No internet. Price is why I chose it and I wish I had picked better.
Ac broke in the room , windows don’t lock , stinks , bad service
