Disappointed At this hotel the staff was friendly but the room was substandard for the price. My bathroom sink was dirty, dirt was on top of fridge door and in the corners of room. My phone didn't work and the ac unit was filthy. Tha shower exchange didn't work properly.
I Would Not Visit Again At check in we where advised there was not many non smoking rooms. We where placed all the way in the back of the hotel where the TV did not work and NO wifi. The wall outlets where in improper use. With the shower head hanging out of the wall
internet Hotel was fine, but there was no internet connection by wifi. And mobile coverage was so bad that it was not possible to access the internet at all.
Our bathroom in our room was disgusting! There was a used qtip on the floor and dirty smears on the wall! Bed was very outdated and uncomfortable!!! We will not be staying here again!
No heat in room
If you have another place to stay, avoid this place as the plague. It is a huge complex however everything is closed down. There’s not a lounge that is open for sitting or drinking. There is no restaurants except one the way in the back of the facility and it is not designed for you to sit and eat it is designed for you to take out.the food that Was offered was good, but very limited and very expensive. No remote for the TV, tv had broken areas or burn spots so image was messed up. Local cable channels but no guide, no WiFi, only 1 restaurant and it's basically all to go, lots of non working machines, showerhead leaked and did not provide adequate water pressure. The only saving grace was that there was a microwave and a coffee maker so I could bring meals to warm up. Again, how does a place not have WiFi?? Staff was friendly.
