Hotel needs renovations or to be taken down From December 29 to the 31st, I stayed at this hotel. My experience wasn't the best given that my aunt encountered 3 mice in her room. It was a very traumatic experience for her. She had to change rooms twice and didn't get compensated for her stay. Along with that, the rooms were in desperate need of new furniture, walls, carpet, and more. In the future when I travel to Mississippi, I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. Very dirty.
Not so hot No restaurants in service despite their ad. Take out menu from Express super limited.
Worst ever! Worst hotel I ever stayed in. Air conditioner did not work right. There was no stopper for the bath tub. No soap in the room. Room was dirty. Check in desk was on one side of the casino and the hotel was on the other end of the casino, so we had to walk through the whole casino with our luggage to get to the hotel.
The bed was small no microwave or refrigerator water in the bathroom work some time I didn't like the room

very disappointing stay Musty smelling room. The room had dirty walls and had not been taken care of for decent quality. The casino was small and too jammed with a few like games. We will not be staying there again.
Disaster room The staff was excellent. Super friendly and helpful. The room on the other hand was a disaster. Where to start? The entry door was difficult to open, the bathroom door won’t latch or properly shut, the tile between the toilet and bathtub was coming off, the toilet was wobbly like it was broken, the water from the shower was green, slimy and had an odor, the beds seemed broke in the middle when you lay on them, there were spider webs in the corners, the WiFi worked very slowly and last but not least, the rooms f... read more
Hotel is old and needs a remodel desperately. The room had no closet. The pool area was dirty. Even during covid and oool was closed, they should still have the area clean and well manicured for guests to sit outside in comfort. The pool sitting area was dirty and trashy looking.
