This place has extremely gone down hill 😢 used to be so beautiful no restaurants only 1 casino and hotel and its run down very sad place ATMs didnt work rude staff slow and lazy as well my room had no shower curtain no bags in the trash cans over all it was clean but its all very basic and sad need to just shut it down if they cant do any better then this will not be returning
orar experience ever The receptionist was rude as ever. We were in a non smoking and all you could smell coming up the hall and even in our room was the smell of marijuana. The heat didn’t work, maintenance came but didn’t say the unit was broken. The next day we had to call maintenance again and was told by the housekeeper they will get there when they get ready. As we had to go find them just to find out the unit was broken. The overall experience was absolutely horrible. This place should be condemned.
Bedside lamp near window not working, Bathroom dirty hair stuck to shower walls in need of cleaning bathroom floor in need of sweeping and moping. fitted sheet on bed wasn't tucked. requested close walking distance to room but was placed on the other side of hotel.
Hotel room was very dirty , blankets had blood on them , staff was rude and not helpful when asking for anything , was told there would be a restaurant open never opened, soda machine took $4 not $2 for soda then was hot and out of date , when staying in 2008 it was so much better now to run down, will not be staying again!
Very nasty. Rooms looked like party dorms at a collage.
The area was clean and i like that its was security guard at each enter...But the dislike was the room: no light bulb in one of the lamp and the bathroom sink was leaking water on the floor and the phone in the room didn't work at all where you couldn't call the front desk about anything.
Very unsatisfied The hotel was closed couldn’t stay. Why would hotels.com book a room at a hotel for me that is not open is beyond me. And worst of all it is not refundable. This just isn’t right. Not sure I will ever use hotels.com again.
