Not Made For Comfort The rooms are outdated. They have a musty smell. The water was yellow. I didn’t want to take a shower or brush my teeth with that. I couldn’t wait to get home!

Rundown hotel Run down hotel,needs updated..staff was rude,rooms appeared dirty,dirty carpet and dirty bathroom, but the bed was comfortable...everything there was closed except for one place to eat thar had small menu...

Although our reservation was for 2 adults the room was set up for 1 person. The carpet in the room needs replaced, very disgusting and did not seem clean. Not up to our expectation of an Isle of Capri property.

Worst ever. Worst experience of our trip. The first room had a broken toilet. The second room had a broken thermostat. After that was fixed, we moved an upholstered chair and discovered a gaping two-foot hole in the side! We gave up. The carpet was dirty. The bed, however, was excellent!

I didnt like the fact that I booked a king non smoking room a month in advance and when I checked in I got a double smoking room. I didn't like the fact that I was told by them that 2 of 3 restaurants were open and only the snack bar was open. I didnt like the fact that my double room had 2 spiders one living and one dead in the shower. I didn't like the fact that when I did get the king room I had booked the next day at 4pm, no one offered to help us switch rooms.
