The bed was comfortable what I didn't like was everything else there was nowhere to get food except for one place that had Frozen hamburger hot dogs cheesesteaks french fries just pretty much junkie food the chili was chilly you get out of a can I asked the lady if you're chilly in a good she said yes really good it was the chilly you get out of a can and put on a hot dogs when you're on a desperate time I'm not in a desperate time but that night I was in a desperate time but I still could not eat the chili the cheese steak ... read more
I liked the casino games. I was thoroughly disappointed in the cleanliness of the room, no food service until 2:00, our room was not made up for our entire stay and there was no front desk clerk when I checked out. In addition I am still awaiting the 50.00 deposit to be refunded to my card. The experience was definitely disappointing this trip.
Very small room. Bed was old. No fridge. No we’re to eat.
Wow Beautiful place, rooms weren't very clean, one female security guard was quite rude. We had a lot of questions because we are from Wisconsin but we seemed to be aggravating the staff. To be honest your male staff was much more friendly and respectful than your female staff! All in all the scenery was nice but I felt very unwelcomed. Also I had a problem with check out we were almost 2 hours away and had to come back because I was charged wrong and owed money. I got back to Wisconsin late and my children missed school. Long ways from Tunica... Cannot get coffee, food or EVEN CHECK OUT UNTIL 9AM!
Bugs, room smelled of mold, the air didnt work, and we were booked for queen beds they were small full beds. When i went to the front desk about it she said that those were queen and there is nothing she was gonna do we even offered to pay for an additional room. One girl was telling us about it and the other girl butted in and said we are full we can't help you.
Bed was comfy but had a few issues. Only one lamp worked in our room...no overhead and 2 lamps not working. Also only 2 washcloths for 3 days and commode broke our last day. All in all you get what you pay for.
