I liked the casino games. I was thoroughly disappointed in the cleanliness of the room, no food service until 2:00, our room was not made up for our entire stay and there was no front desk clerk when I checked out. In addition I am still awaiting the 50.00 deposit to be refunded to my card. The experience was definitely disappointing this trip.
Long ways from Tunica... Cannot get coffee, food or EVEN CHECK OUT UNTIL 9AM!
Very small room. Bed was old. No fridge. No we’re to eat.
Wow Beautiful place, rooms weren't very clean, one female security guard was quite rude. We had a lot of questions because we are from Wisconsin but we seemed to be aggravating the staff. To be honest your male staff was much more friendly and respectful than your female staff! All in all the scenery was nice but I felt very unwelcomed. Bugs, room smelled of mold, the air didnt work, and we were booked for queen beds they were small full beds. When i went to the front desk about it she said that those were queen and there is nothing she was gonna do we even offered to pay for an additional room. One girl was telling us about it and the other girl butted in and said we are full we can't help you.
First we check in the lady at the front said housekeeping would have to let us in the room because the door locks were not working we walk all the way to the other side of the casino to get to the room just to wait 20 minutes for house keeping get in the riom the bed was not made floor dirt and toliet lid was nasty so have to walk all the way back to the front no one said they aplogize or anything like that they move us to a differnt room once again wait 20 miniutes for someone to open the door
Rather go to gold strike or Fitzgerald's next time I probably wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel because there was no buffet wifi didn't work at all the room had a jacket in it and some things in the room were dirty and the bed wasn't comfortable I wasn't happy at all
