Chris was very professional and went out of his way to help me with another request that was still pending. Distribution here was quick and easy and definitely gives me a sense of relief having gone through the different security measures to request a distribution. Thank you Chris!

I needed help doing a second… I needed help doing a second distribution and Sydney was more than happy willing, professional diligent, and very patient walking me through the process making sure I had everything correct. She went above and beyond by contacting MICHAEL, which is leading my distribution. She emailed him to make sure everything was OK with some of the things that we had. I trust it’s probably the only company that still has good American customer service thank you guys so much and thank you Sydney.
Distribution Chris Lee was my Relationship Manager and he was able to do the zoom verification task very quickly from scheduling it and the actual call right away. Also Ashley who answered my support call and she went and talked to Distribution Team and was able to expedite my distribution. And also I want thank Chad who helped with my many calls 2 days ago get the Distribution process going. I appreciate you all. Fereydoon
