So far Danielle and iTrust have been very helpful, responsive, and efficient at updating us in our process to roll over our IRA's. In this environment, I wanted to put my money to work in something I have more control over. I am still in the process of trying to get the funds moved from current custodian to iTrust - so we will have to update on the experience - but I know traditional IRA custodians HATE to give up control of MY money. We will see how smoothly this goes! So far, iTrust is :)
Great, easy service, simple interface. It would be great to see the daily prices of each of the commodities on a graph.
Being with iTrust for only three months I can attest that it has been a pleasant experience. It was easy to set up the account and the platform to trade, if you like, is very user-friendly. As to the actual trust services and dealings with the IRS I have no experience yet.
Working with Danielle. She always was very quick to reply and have the correct answer. Her excellent customer service made my experience seem effortless.
I have been working with Danielle, a services specialist, who has been most responsive and helpful. She has made the transition quick and painless. The iTrust platform is simple and straight forward, could use some additional features associated with easier transfer of money, multi-account capabilities and integrated research tools, but overall the interface is easy to use. I would recommend lower trading fees, which would likely encourage trades to become more frequent as day traders become more of a standard client.
Blake is just awesome! He provides the best of customer service and works hard to please and he’s the boss! I trust that he will always provide great care.
Extremely easy process and they're making efforts to add more crypto
Very straight forward and easy to use platform! Only wished they had an additional available app for my iPhone OS as well as more alt-coin options to invest in.
Rolled over my 401K from previous employer into a Roth IRA from I Trust Capital for trading Crypto tax free. They made the process so easy and love the investment options available. Would definitely recommend to anyone check them out.👍
