I'm really happy with iTrust Capital so far, having moved by Roth IRAs there earlier this year. Simple, no frills website (which is just fine with me). I have found the customer service to be very good. You can submit questions or problems via the messaging app on the site. You must also submit your paperwork via the messaging app. It's can be a bit confusing because it's not really explained anywhere how to submit documents and you won't feel positive that they went to an inbox that is being read. ITrustCapital is the best way to buy crypto through your IRA. I was lucky enough to work with Jared Feldman who helped me every step of the way during my rollover.
