Great product but issues creating accounts I think you offer a great product, in fact both myself and my wife intended to open accounts with you at the beginning of December, however; I was able to open my account but not until 12/31 it was fully funded after multiple support calls. My wife however was no able to open her account even after multiple calls and emails due to an issue validating her account using her phone number. True Value Issues Values of coins do not seem to reflect daily fluctuations very accurately. Also, it's hard to tell overall value of all investments (whether I'm up or day for the day or overall across all coins). On the other hand, the buying/selling is very user friendly and I love that the fees are literally only 1% for any buy/sell and there are no other fees. Also wish there were more buy/sell options like limit/stop/etc.
