No updates were provided to me as to… No updates were provided to me as to when my initial check deposit was received or being processed. Not having a customer service number also made it difficult during this process. With me considering moving hunderds of thousands of dollar to this account and not having a customer service number causes me a bit of concern.

Helpful and tolerant Great very helpful they say we have only 5 minutes to ask questions,Ryan was extremely tolerant with my stupid questions/queries and gave me all attention and time more than he could afgord

High Prices, No limit orders - Good customer service during and post sign up. - Made roll over surprisingly pain free. - but can't place limit orders. - Prices listed are consistently higher than other exchanges. - No ability to purchase a specific quantity of an asset (ie. 100 SOL). Must enter a dollar amount. - Buys have consistently executed at higher prices than presented. Account Funding and General Review The entire process (funding) was very simple from start to finish! I have to say the team's communication is by far my favorite part because I know they will follow up as promised and if something is required, you will be informed in a timely manner. Absolutely appreciate the great service!!

Great service Great service. Easy interface. Only reason not 5 stars is due to 1% fee for all trades, seems a bit much as off the top. Would be nice to have staking as feature.

Great customer service! I'm new to iTrust and had several questions after the initial setup was complete. The website had a "bug" of some sort, showing me with incorrect data for my account. I had to wait several days for a phone appointment, which I thought was too long to wait for my issue. Mark Morales called at the scheduled time. After good introductions we got to my questions and Mr. Morales was able to answer the six questions I had with complete knowledge.
