The last person I dealt with was very… The last person I dealt with was very on point and solved the problem instantly. Know for the several other individuals it took like 24 hours to get a response back. Also, why can't you have someone live we can talk to rectify the situation. I'm happy all is done but it shouldn't take a week to transfer funds once the check is processed in your system. I love the platform and the layout.

So far a positive experience So far a positive experience. Trent facilitated a smooth onboarding. Couldn't have been easier. My only negative is the 1% transaction fee. $70k in buys and down $700 right out if the gate, but with 20 years to let me BTC, ETH, and SOL purchases accrue, I'm expecting a very large retirement nest egg.

Great so far - just allow for trading faster! Overall, it’s been a great service. I really like the referral program and plan to refer some friends. I also really like the clean interface and transparent fees. My only complaint is the time it took for my initial deposit to clear. I use many financial institutions, and it took far more business days than is usual. Since my funds have cleared, I’ve been happy with my experience!!

Wait Time Wait Time I am not sure if they are just backed up that much or what but it takes quite a bit of time to get a response. I wish that I didn't have to set up a call in advance because the wait time is like a week. When they do respond however, they are super helpful.
