We have since corrected the technical issue that affected your onboarding. Looks like when you submitted the ACH request again on 12/21, and the account was funded within 4 business days on 12/28. It's nice to see you've been trading in your account as well! We hope you're enjoying the platform.
New Customer Customer service is great..Its nice to be able to talk to people in person and not just email..not sure yet how to withdraw money without being linked to a bank..Or if thats even an option at this time..

Great customer service at iTrust The customer service person at iTrust today, Daniel Bennett, was so helpful and gave me the time I needed to understand next steps. I also appreciate that he researched a question he was unsure of on the call and informed me of the answer on the call -didn't say I would get a later email... He also took my constructive customer feedback about taking the time limit off support calls and ensured me iTrust is working to offer much more support opening a new support team office in Utah.

During the holidays During the holidays, I could not reach a live person and it took over a week to get a call from customer service. However, when I got the call, the iTrust agent spent a long time with me helping me to change my email, learn how to trade on both the iPhone and on my computer going through all the changes of page to get and enter security codes. The service from Jesus (Spanish) was excellent and he stayed with me until I did all the steps myself on both my computer and the iPhone app.
