Delay in funding I had some trouble getting the account funded. J in customer service was quite responsive. I hope they can resolve whatever technical issues they have from time to time. In the end, it seems to have worked out. My account was funded.

Grant handled my technical issue… Grant handled my technical issue quickly and professionally! It seems to have been an attempt to hack my email account using my initial mistaken login to the iTrust site -- that one's on me. Fortunately, it was only an attempt, as several things about the scammer who called me just did not seem right, and when I continued to question, the evidence piled up.
