They lost my checks and when I emailed… They lost my checks and when I emailed them about it, they ghosted me. It took me over a month just to get someone to respond. They only responded because I reached out to them on Twitter on three separate occasions. They responded by admitting they had poor customer service and handled the situation unprofessionally. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very helpful Very helpful, even when I made mistakes. I sent the check to the wrong address. They figured it out quickly, and helped me correct it. I stopped payment and sent a new check. Eventually, both checks arrived and they quickly contacted me to confirm which check needed to be deposited. My funds were available a couple of days later and I was able to purchase Bitcoin.

Not trustworthy of your retirement! Terrible customer service at best. Perhaps even a scam company I opened a Roth IRA with them without too many issues last year but when I needed to rollover my 401k due to job change and it’s been a disaster. I was given the wrong address for my rollover amount and it’s been in limbo for 3 weeks from vanguard. Extremely bad customer service and… Extremely bad customer service and platform and HUGE GIANT transaction fees, I lost lot of my money in their fees. NEVER fix technical issues on time. Only invest if you WANT to LOSE your MONEY like I have in these fraudsters
Easy to open and fund your Roth IRA I opened up a Roth IRA and it was one of the easiest processes to do and funded it without any issues. The crypto choices are good and they just added a new feature where you can set limit orders in case you want to wait for it to go down more and then buy. They also sent me an iTrust Capital thermal mug that was so nice of them. Lastly, I wrote in and asked if they would consider making the min contribution of $1000 to $500 and they did implement this. Question - how to get service regarding pending funds? I've been reading the reviews about the great service at iTrust, and I'm wondering how I go about getting service at all. iTrust apparently cashed a check on April 22nd that was sent to them by my previous account holder, but the funds have been pending for all of that time. I wrote an email two days ago, but I've heard nothing back except a standard reply message. Do I need to schedule a call? Does that work better?
