SKEPTICISM TURNED RELIABILITY I was a bit skeptical and really just testing the waters of yet another crypto company with a lot of promises. They only recommendation I have to Itrust is to request all KYC information at once vice sequentially. But that may be their process. Long story short, the setup was beyond easy. Great firm I’ve been with since 2020 Great firm I’ve been with since 2020! Very responsive on customer service, which is the most important thing for a retirement account. All documents received quickly. All questions answered quickly from true experts. I would say this is the most savvy and reliable IRA that allows crypto.

They are attentive, just need a little Polishing So when you sign up some of the questions could be explained a little better. Maybe have a question mark that the person signing up can click that gives a quick explanation for what your looking for. Example would be funding source. ? Please choose one of the following ( checking account .savings account, wire transfer or paper check, rollover etc..) no account number or routing number is necessary here.
