I do like the simplicity of the… I do like the simplicity of the website. However, the processing could be improved. Sometimes when I make a purchase, its slow, which requires me to login and log out or refresh. Also, give some kind of comparisons of effectiveness with respect to the initial transfers of funds(maybe this is just me?). If I knew sending a check through mail (which seems crazy these days) would be the fastest and most affective, then I would have done this from day one. ITrust Capital is where you want to put… ITrust Capital is where you want to put your hard earned money. In my case, I moved two different IRA’s into iTrust. Sure their fees are very attractive (read low…:) but the real difference is their customer service which is world class. I did my research before selecting iTrust, they were the clear winner….. I love the IRA but.... I love the IRA but you need an APP and you need to allow smaller deposit amounts. while i’m at it... you need to lower the monthly fee. 20.00 maybe? free? even better.

Rochelle has been such a wonderful asset during the past few years I have been with ITrust. She always goes the extra mile! This is a no brainer This is a no brainer. Especially if you know and understand these assets and have a Roth elsewhere. Yes it is as easy and simple as it sounds. Some growing pains as you should expect but at the end of the day it gets done. They only had maybe 4 assets when I came on board. I've been happy with them.
