Excellent client service I'm currently in the process of transferring a portion of my Roth IRA from Fidelity to iTrustCapital. On the IRA Transfer form I forgot to check one of the boxes. However, Danielle, from iTrustCapital reached out to me on a SUNDAY to help me fix the issue. I found her to be very helpful and quick to resolve the problem. Overall positive, not perfect Overall positive. That said I was unable to reach the site to trade from last Thursday night through the following Saturday. As I understood explanation provided by the Technical Support Representative, security software added to the platform caused the problem. By the time the situation was resolved the price of cryptos I planned to buy had risen, so I paid more than I would have had I been able to reach site when I received Error 1020, Access denied.

Lowest crypto commissions that I found Lowest crypto commissions that I found. Set up of the account was easy and transfer of funds from a different custodian went smoothly. I am able to pay the account maintenance fees from a separate account to maximize the growth in the IRA.
