ACH transfers to PCA very difficult to transact if over a certain amount. Tried to make an ACH transfer of $10,000 from my bank (a nationally known and highly respected Federal Credit Union) but my transaction was immediately flagged by the iTrustCapital fraud department as suspicious. No reason given - just declined. Asked why - no reason given - just under review. Several past ACH transactions successfully processed but all were less than $10,000. I just recently transferred my 401k to… I just recently transferred my 401k to ITrustCapital. I called my old 401k to get the accurate numbers on how much was sent. I then called ITrustCapital and talked to Romeo. He was very knowledgeable and very informative, he answered my questions about receiving the checks and how long before it’s in my actual account.
