The interface is pathetic The interface is pathetic. You can only utilize market orders there is no charts, it was developed by a 12 year old software engineer. These guys don't know what the hell they are doing.

Still waiting... Still waiting for my IRA funds to transfer - it's been months. I've never seen a transfer take this long. No updates, no follow-up, poor communication. So far I'm not happy. I was wanting to transfer my wife's IRA here also but I don't think I'll be doing that now.

I completed an application about 10… I completed an application about 10 days ago and received an email response that I should receive approval after review, along with additional requests for info. Not a peep! I emailed requesting current status and received an email response: "b". I have no idea what this is suppose to mean?
