We have moved our Bitcoin IRAs to a differnt provider. My wife and I had our Bitcoin IRA's at iTrust for several years. During this time I found it difficult to do distributions from my account because nowhere is the process described in a step-by-step manner or with a graphic. Hi Bo. We do not outsource distributions to a third party. During the course of you being a client with us, we've successfully processed 9 distributions for you, all within the timeframe that we transparently provide to clients. It's really important that clients adhere to all of the steps of the distribution process. During your transfer out, your new provider took over a week to confirm the microtest that we sent to them.
These SEP and Roth IRAs are a bit… These SEP and Roth IRAs are a bit tricky and I wanted to be able to have access to both crypto and gold. Romeo at iTrustCapital really helped me navigate thier platform and got me going. Not many online platforms offer self-directed crypto. Thanks Romeo!

Stay away....far far away Beware I cannot stress this enough I DO NOT KNOW where all of the 5 star reviews come from maybe from IRA accounts I do not know my thoughts only. However if you are thinking of moving your crypto to here from another trading platform because of high fees I want to let you know that "itrust" may be great for IRA retirement accounts but if you are a trader like me and when time is a priority you may want to look elsewhere bc "Itrust" is not a broker #1 their are limits of what they can do. Great Customer Service in a Powerful Platform I've been investing with iTrustCapital pretty much since they started over 5 years ago. In fact, I still sport the umbrella, winter hat and journal they sent me as a welcome package all those years ago. When I first signed on, there was a monthly account fee. It wasn't a big amount, but every bit that you spend on fees is money you do not get to purchase crypto and precious metals with.
