I will never use this company again Well obviously I trust capital has a canned response. I guess they're familiar dealing with this grievance.But as I said, there are other services out there that do not hold your money for the first ninety days if immediate liquidity is important to you.ROBINHOOD IS 1 EXAMPLE

Hi Wayne, It's very common for financial platforms to put holds on deposits for fraud prevention and to comply with AML regulations. We prioritize protecting our clients from fraud and abuse and are extremely transparent about this hold being in place. It's clearly disclosed on the 'Important Disclaimer' during the ACH funding process before a client deposits from a linked bank account.
I will never use this company again I will never use this company again, and at the first opportunity, I will be closing both my accounts. I opened a ROTH and a custodial account. I opened the custodial account as a liquid account. I just found out that upon deposit into a personal account that they deny you the opportunity to remove any funds within the first 90 days. I recently started with ITrust capital… I recently started with ITrust capital for crypto institutional custody. I don’t trust exchanges because of terms. I don’t trust myself with cold wallets. Seed phrases and losing the cards. I recently spoke with Romeo in customer service. He knew his products very well and answer many questions. Good customer service from in the USA.

I've been in the crypto space since… I've been in the crypto space since 2012 and have seen plenty of companies come and go. Enormous hassle to simply withdraw Roth… Enormous hassle to simply withdraw Roth IRA funds. The online form did not work, no help was provided, and the rep cancelled my request. Ridiculous.
Excellent Customer Support I'm always leery putting money into something because it's usually difficult to get back out. I love iTrust Capital's IRA Crypto product so put some money in an account a couple years ago but had a need to take a full distribution. The is the second transfer I've made… This is the second transfer I've made recently from Itrust to Fidelity. Both times I got a fast and accurate response from Jeffrey Carpizo. I'm 70 and I need to reduce my crypto exposure. I still have about 60% of my crypto in Itrustcapital. Not taking it all out. I've been in Itrustcapital for 3 years and it is a great platform. Customer service is top notch across the board
