lack of customer support UI not the best, specifically when placing purchase orders. Also, transferring money is not easy. Customer service is not available fast enough.

I sold a coin I sold a coin, I wanted the proceeds to go to buy another coin. So the proceeds were suppose to goto USD but instead sent to my bank account.

Crypto is here to stay When I got my IRA from a job I left I initially rolled it over to another IRA that was managed. Btw I’m not a big fan of stocks unless there’s a big buying opportunity when the market crashes. When I found out about this platform and the fact that it is self directed, it was a win win situation for me. I love crypto and was already investing in it and to have control of my own money was a hit for me.

i researched the high fee crypto… i researched the high fee crypto arithmetic IRA co’s. They all said to stay away from itrustcapital,com. I decided to ignore all of them and we opened two Roth IRA’s with iTrust. It could not have been a better experience. Cold storage, insures and Zack provided great customer service . Best of all, NO FEES. Don’t hesitate.
