Best In It's Class ITrustcapital is the best in its class with great pricing, wonderful and very knowledgeable customer service reps. The user interface is very easy to use and understand. The fact that it's now no monthly fee and supports ACH contributions is just amazing. I also like the selection of crypto they have available and they are adding new ones in the future. response time The customer service response time is slow. It is over 1 week to schedule a 5 min call. I put in a request to transfer funds into my account and was contacted by an agent who process the request same day. Within about 6 hours from request.

What's not to love about growing my… What's not to love about growing my cryptocurrency portfolio tax free with a itrust roth IRA. This company has great customer service and I love knowing that my crypto is safe and secure while also having the freedom to trade as much as I want within my account 24 hours a day. They are always adding new tokens and it was simple to move my funds from my old IRA into my itrust account. I can't wait to see what this company offers in the future.

Did away with monthly service fee, But... I have been unable to make trades for a couple days and when I enquire about it, I get a auto reply acknowledging there is a "internal problem". Cant talk to a human. Customer service is crap. I am sorry I moved my money to them. I would stay away, there is a reason why the service is now free. Update: Got a call from the COO ....
