My Deposit Was Delayed Without Sufficient Explanation I confirmed my deposit was delivered, and also acknowledged by iTrustCapital's bank which is Vectra bank. This occurred on Dec 10th 2021. Yet they did not release this deposit until Dec 17th very late in the day. Vectra Bank Acknowledge Receipt ID: 2112100834 on Dec 10th, 2021 All the while they never gave me a reason for this delay, just saying they are having issues. They would try and expedite it. Overall service is very good Overall service is very good, website easy to use. Only one thing that I really like to have is to be able to track the performance of the crypto as overall and individually. Basically right now, I don't know if I gain or lose after I invest the crypto cus nowhere to track it. Hope you can learn from Fidelity or Schwab to make the performance info & chart ready, thanks!!

Nice and recommended crypto IRA. I like the low fee operation platform. Nice selection of "blue chip" cryptos. Trading fees competitive and can still add up but, not an issue for hodlers. Website and set-up is nice and easy to use. Takes a awhile to get everything set up even with cash funding the first time. As with any new cost saving platform, if you need to talk with a human, be prepared to wait a few days. Overall very satisfied vs the competition.

Be aware Be aware, the company has done away with there monthly fee, good right? But...... You can only place market orders and the spread is terrible! Traded BTC & was $80 to $200 above the price you could buy it on other exchanges (plus your 1% fee). It looks like they are making up the monthly fee they were charging with fees (spreads) elsewhere. Hi Jerry, This review is misleading and creates the wrong impression about how our platform works. Our spreads are amongst of the tightest in the crypto industry and the trade fee is 1%, not the 2% that you mentioned. We block people on Twitter who are inappropriate and don't know how to use the forum in a productive way.
