Very responsive I recently withdrew my IRA money from my account with iTrust because I no longer wanted it invested in crypto. It was fairly complicated, but only because they had to follow all of the legal rules. Opening a new account has been a nightmare I am in the process of opening a new Roth IRA account with iTrustCapital, it has been nothing but a nightmare. I am pretty sure it has been over a month and going to two months pretty soon. I am still waiting for them to verify my identity.
