Update. An iTrust representative did reach out because of the outage. It lasted one day and I have since placed additional trades with ease. Set up was easy. Then came time to place trades...Internal server errors, trades don't get executed, and I can't get any response because of course you can only message or schedule a call, and by the way, calls for November are booked.. so I guess I wait and hope that they honor the trades I put to them...Finger crossed!

Do this!!! I was very new to Crypto last year, but knew I wanted to invest. I did a lot of research and was ready to jump in. No Complaints Transferred my IRA to set it up. Had a question they called me. Wired more money to add funds. Now can buy and sell crypto without wondering about the tax man. Just followed the directions and it was easy.

It took a bit of time to transfer an… It took a bit of time to transfer an existing Roth IRA to iTrustCapital, however it is amazing to be able to trade crypto with low fees (1%), fast trade fills, in a tax advantaged account. Especially with the removal of the monthly fee, it's a no brainer for everyone's investment strategy. Wish I had opened an account with them sooner.

I have found the site is easy to work… I have found the site is easy to work with once I had funded the account. Buying and selling is simple and it up-dates quickly using the dashboard to refresh.
