Not off to a great start Not off to a great start. Takes too long to get account funded. Platform only accepts market orders, not limit orders. If I had known that when signing up, I would have chosen someone else. What drew me to the platform was no maintenance fees, only transaction fees. That is a positive. Whether or not it is enough to keep me with iTrustCapital remains to be seen.

fairly easy to use and purchase/trade crypto assest Great concept to be able to grow your crypto assets in a tax free way. With crypto ready to explode over the next several years, this could provide a huge advantage in the long run. Lots of assets to choose from inside your account with more being added all the time. So far so good This is a great app for setting up a digital IRA. My main concern is the communication between user and the exchange. If you have a specific question, timeline or technical issue it's almost impossible to actually talk to someone. It took over a month to make a simple cash transfer to fund my first account - simply because a wire transfer was not requested. I like trading 24/7 I have found the service to be very good so far. I only moved a small amount of my IRA over to iTrustCapital, but am in the process of moving more over. 1% fee to buy and another 1% to sell just needs to be factored in when you make a trade. Crypto moves 8 or 10 percent pretty quickly, so giving 2% (1% to buy and 1% to sell) is not too painful. Currently the tools for buying and selling are very simplistic. This company has no idea how to onboard… This company has no idea how to onboard customers. Requires extremely manual steps and provides no guidance or support - you have to become a Project Manager and spend significant periods of time on this. And don't expect to get any questions answered from iTrust when you encounter issues.

I had been thinking about buying some crypto… I had been thinking about buying some cryptocurrency when my brother-in-law told me about iTrustCapital. So I decided to transfer some of my IRA savings to iTrustCapital. My wife is also making the same move. There were no fees to transfer but 1% fee for purchases which is reasonable.
