Stacy was very professional on the zoom… Stacy was very professional on the zoom call, helping a baby boomer negotiate to a zoom call. Never zoomed before. Her replies to my emails were prompt and full of useful information. My hat off to iTrustCapital. I would like to stay with iTrustCapital but I decided that my future would best be served by keeping possession of my crypto. The adage, "Not your keys, not your crypto." is pretty applicable to my life at the moment.

Only one form of Multifactor Authentication (causing access issues) & Email/chat support doesn't work After losing my phone to water damage, I was unable to access my account from my computer because it required multifactor authentication from my cellphone (which no longer worked). Monthly statements and "My Average Cost" features are available in your dashboard. You can also generate a current value statement whenever you'd like to. Great help and support from Alex I’m one of the older guys who isn’t as sharp on computer skills that I should be however opening an IRA and I trust to fund bitcoins is a very expensive proposition and fortunately when I called I got Alex.
