Only one way to possibly improve. I love the self-guided Roth IRA platform specifically featuring the cryptocurrency asset class. I am really just astonished that the market space isn't crowded with other offerings. The only recommendation I would make, is the very obvious benefit of featuring an imbedded staking feature to further appreciate the funds committed.

I signed up about 3 weeks ago and the… I signed up about 3 weeks ago and the process was very quick. As soon as I sent in a form, I was contacted in 30 minutes to clarify something. This was by far the best process to sign up for a crypto retirement account. I have tried others and the process was confusing and there was no response on what to do next after I sent in my information.

It takes to long to move funds...I… It takes to long to move funds...I would rather just have a simple ach direct transaction from bank to my Itrust account. Crypto people want fast, simple and less fees. I dont mind paying the monthly fee but do not agree with the inflated price of the asset coupled with the high transaction fee to trade within. Dean

Excellent client service I'm currently in the process of transferring a portion of my Roth IRA from Fidelity to iTrustCapital. On the IRA Transfer form I forgot to check one of the boxes.
