Transfer procees has been slow..... The process for transferring from another custodian has taken much longer than was communicated to me. Everyone i have worked with has always had a good tone on the calls but the funds transfer was submitted almost 10 days ago and the signature and form has yet to be submitted to the prior custodian. I received multiple follow up calls after i started the process to open the account but no follow up after i completed my application and submitted the transfer form.

They are lying in the Exchange Rate I'm very disappointed with the scam that you are running. iTrustCapital took $1000 of value by adding one thousand dollars to the actual market value of the BTC when I purchased at a low $57k and sold it to me at 58,019.46 as of the value in the last 24 hours. I will stop my monthly contributions because of your shady service. You took the real value of my purchase to make your company money. What a disgrace for your clients. You fooled me once!
