Overall positive, not perfect Overall positive. That said I was unable to reach the site to trade from last Thursday night through the following Saturday. As I understood explanation provided by the Technical Support Representative, security software added to the platform caused the problem. By the time the situation was resolved the price of cryptos I planned to buy had risen, so I paid more than I would have had I been able to reach site when I received Error 1020, Access denied.

Lowest crypto commissions that I found Lowest crypto commissions that I found. Set up of the account was easy and transfer of funds from a different custodian went smoothly. I am able to pay the account maintenance fees from a separate account to maximize the growth in the IRA.

Being old school, I prefer to speak to a real person, but my questions via email were addressed in a timely manner. Hello Donna, We have the lowest fees of any Crypto IRA. All Crypto trades execute at 1%. We regularly compare spreads from our various liquidity partners to ensure clients get the lowest cost. As we add more exchanges like Coinbase Prime and the cryptocurrency market continues to grow, the spreads will decrease further.
Satisfied with my experience I sold the crypto in my iTrust IRA account to move the cash back to another IRA account with a traditional brokerage firm. Pretty happy with the service Pretty happy with the service. They were excellent moving my money from my original 401k. The website is very easy to use and to sell and trade. I'm not thrilled with the 1% fees every single time to trade which includes both selling and buying, this adds up if you do much movement in your account. I'm very happy to be able to put my 401k in crypto, so all in all it is worth it for sure. Just lower the trading fees, or only do it on the buy and not the sell would be nice.
