Ive been depositing $$$ with itrust for… Ive been depositing $$$ with itrust for the past 2 years and will keep adding into my retirement. With a good selection of top crypto's you can add to a base of Bitcoin, other top crypto's and a small hedge in gold! It's like making your own personal fund with TAX FEEE growth in your Roth account. Shout out to Dani for excellent professional customer service. Awesome group here!!

Poor Customer Service/Unexplained Outages iTrust has extremely poor customer support. Their problem resolution options are cumbersome and often ineffective. Often frustrating to try and solve issues.The website is often down for hours or even days with no explanation or apparent concern for their clients peace of mind. iTrust has responded to this review stating that their clients have access to an open phone line and they make themselves readily available to them. This review is completely unwarranted. We make ourselves extremely available to our clients. Unlike many in the crypto space, we have an open phone line, we answer support requests within hours on a daily basis. As you can see from our Google and Trust Pilot reviews, we make our clients a priority.

Their execution price is to the roof… Their execution price is to the roof even when the market price is so low. huge spread. In few cents crypto's how can they charge so ridiculous execution price which puts you at a loss to begin with itself. 2nd. their customer service is the worst. None of them are trained enough to listen and answer for it. No consistency or real help. They still have not transferred my check from another IRA provider. they don't have real limit orders. thinking of taking my money somewhere else. worst ... read more

Customer service has been great! Alex was great in walking me through my rollover request. He was very helpful, patient, and thorough. And the day prior, I recieved a very helpful phone call from Ryan (at the perfect time) while setting up my account, who gave me instructions to get my rollover going and answered questions that I didn't know I had yet. They are your go to company if you are looking for a crypto IRA My experience with Itrust Capital has been exceptional. Joseph was an amazing customer service… Joseph was an amazing customer service rep. He walked me through the transfer of my my Bitcoin IRA to Itrustcapital. Bitcoin IRA was charging riduculous fees.
