Form the start, I had a very positive experience with iTrustCapital. They had prompt responses to my questions, even at odd hours, with understandable information, I could not say the same for my legacy IRA custodian when trying to roll over my account. Also of importance, the iTrust website user interface is simple, clean and logical in layout, in contrast my legacy custodians website was not and it was several layers deep if I wanted to adjust any allocations. in the beginning there was a snafu with my acct being verified , i went through a cpl of reps to help me . then my ticket was fwd to calvin lai who was very patient articulate and sincere to my issue ( disconnect with email verification ) calvin walked me through it and everything is fine now i also want to commend daniel martin who tried hard to get this done in a reasonable fashion. kudos to both . you guys ( especially ) calvin was great . company should condider him a valuable asset.
Very simple to navigate the platform, place orders, and execution happens quickly and efficiently. Looking forward to added investment choices in the future.
employees were very responsive, but had problems with transfer of paperwork. Not sure where the problem was, but had to spend a lot of time with emails and phone calls.
The customer service is fast and responsive. The website was very easy to make a trade I am extremely satisfied with the website
