Quick and easy verification process... I called the number to start the process of withdrawing from my Traditional IRA and was told, by Meriane (I believe that was her name), how and why the process worked the way they had their system set up to make withdrawals. Mostly to make absolutely sure that I was in fact they only person they could send my money to. iTrustCapital was what I was looking for After doing some extensive research, I decided that iTrustCapital was what I was looking for to roll over my 401K to an IRA. I was lucky to deal with David who helped me made the process seamless and the transfer of funds from my former employer regular 401K to a Roth IRA with iTrustCapital took a little time but I was pleased with the security of the whole process.
