Everything works flawlessly BUT Everything works flawlessly. Email communications are great and very helpful. BUT, You have restrictions on the amount of crypto you can can trade at one time. 50,000 is too small of an amount for these types of accounts.
Would like to see "Limit Order"… Would like to see "Limit Order" capability added for trading. Also noticed some delay reflecting "real time" price.

A lot of growing pains. The user interface is simple and works great. Trading prices and execution is fast. Areas needing improvement. 1) Setup and transfers from an existing IRA is very very slow with very very limited communication. "Pending" is too generic and leaves you feeling unsettled where you are in the setup stage. If the market is mooning you will loose money waiting! On Dec 5th On Dec 5th, I mailed my wife's and my first installment. It was like waiting for paint to dry for you guys to receive this. I hate coinbase but Itrust is even worse at investing money. Your company charges monthly and I would think there would be better customer service. All I received were talking points and lies.
