Our mortgage process started with a different Loan Originator that was recommended to us, and everything went downhill 2 days before closing because he was inexperienced and inefficient. We contacted Jacob and he was able to "rescue" the mortgage and close on our home just in time for Thanksgiving. Jacob is experienced, transparent, responsive, efficient, considerate and passionate.
