Jacob went over and above to get our loan approved. HE worked tirelessly to make sure our loan closed on March 1. There were many steps to this process and he never missed a beat. He cared about my husband and I. He was always encouraging and tried to constantly reassure us that all was moving along. WE have a business and that was an added hitch to the process. Our mortgage process started with a different Loan Originator that was recommended to us, and everything went downhill 2 days before closing because he was inexperienced and inefficient. We contacted Jacob and he was able to "rescue" the mortgage and close on our home just in time for Thanksgiving. Jacob is experienced, transparent, responsive, efficient, considerate and passionate.
