James is a great all around guy .He really step up for me in a major way for me to get the house I wanted he help me get thru all the bumps in the road for me to get a new home . I would rate him at a ten with five stars .

10/10 I wouldn’t go with anyone else but James, he did the entire process as smooth as possible and got me to bring 0 dollars to the closing table. Please no one hesitate to use James he is the best of the best.

James is on top of EVERYTHING, he knows the ins and outs to get you the best mortgage for you no matter what. His communication is over the top to make the process as less stressful as possible. We went through two other companies before getting lucky with James and I would not recommend anyone else :)

This man knows his stuff. Not only is he professional but he is so down to earth. I never felt like I was bothering him with all my questions at odd times of the day or night. He always responded. So cool. So nice. Buying a house can be and is stressful. He made it so easy for me. This man and his team are a blessing. My next house will have to be done with James, hands down. We tried to buy a home with two other lenders prior to working with James and we couldn’t get to close. James made the process easy and straightforward.
