We can't speak highly enough of our experience with James. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. He is honest and hands-on, and he really helped to take the pressure off of us. If you want the deal done and done right? James is 1000 percent your guy.
James offers a great service! He states that he focuses on quality of service and it shows. My loan had a few unusual hurdles and James was great about communicating and expediting the pieces he could. Without him my loan would not have closed on time!
From start to finish if I had any questions he would go over it with me and break it down so it was easy for me to understand. He made the process very easy and my husband and I felt we were in very good hands.
Our family came to James frustrated because we had other lenders who didn’t quite get it right and James reassured us, help us through the entire process. During our process he was professional, worked diligently to get everything we needed and now we are proud homeowners! All I can say is Wow! I reached out to James and his team on January 3rd, and closed on my property on January 28th, as the seller needed to close ASAP!
