When I say he came in and did his JOB!!!! He did his job! He made sure me and my children had a home! He replaced my old lender and I’m extremely happy he did. Don’t get me wrong my last lender was okay! However, he came in and didn’t play any games!!!! I trust him ! And I do not trust people ! Lol I would recommend him to anyone with my life on the line ! Thank you so much

I met James by chance and although I already owned my home and had gone through this type of a process, his assistance in the refinance was unbelievably comfortable. James originally looked at my case a whole year ago. There were a few things that needed to be worked on my part but that didn’t stop his determination. When I felt I was in a better place I reached out again and it was like we never stopped doing business. He was very honest in everything that was being done. James stuck it out with us during the entire 7 month complicated process we had. From a seller pulling out of a purchase, to another not being accepted all the way to the finish line of our purchase!
