terrible - 3 cells in 4 years We have ad to replace this twice already (both under warranty) and now we're having the same issue. Apparently the bad sensor this cell is plagued with is a known issue. My pool serviceman (not affiliated with any brand) just told me to swap it out for a Pentair - don't waste any more time/money on this.
Two down in 5 years The first one was replaced under warranty. The second one two diode pins mysteriously disappeared. Code 123 and 125. Never keeps up on chlorination during the hottest months. Always have to supplement with chlorine/shock and conditioners. I will be purchasing a different brand this time.
Just go for a new system I replaced an old-style Clormatic 601 cell with this new one a few weeks ago. The plumbing was a little different, but that wasn't a huge deal. Everything seemed to hook up just fine. However, within 24 hours we had a new code - 123. I called Zodiac for support, they told me the DC cord was probably bad even though it was brand new.
