No warranty from Jandy Be careful! You only get a 3 month warranty from the Amazon seller. I contacted Amazon and the seller came back and said they only give 3months but contact Jandy direct. Jandy does not give a warranty if you buy this part online, you must call a pool professional and pay them to install it to get the one year like it says on the website. I talked to 3 people at Jandy and this is a known issue if there is a small leak between the contact and the plastic housing. They did not care and just gave us the ru... read more
Very poor quality Jandy Zodiac AquaPure PLC1400 is a very poor quality. This is the second unit purchased through Amazon within the last 3 years. No warranty after 90 days. Both Cell cord plugs were burned and melted by the middle pin on the power block.
Exact replacement for Aquapure salt cell Bought this to replace a failing salt cell. Our pool repair guy recommended we buy it online becait was cheaper than he could get for us. Plug & play. No issues. We did it ourselves.

RAD only offers a 30 day warranty on Aqua Pure Salt Cell so buyer beware The Salt Sensor was bad after 60 days of installing. Contacted RAD and they said sorry only warranted for 30 days. Paid almost $700 for the Salt Cell. Unscrupulous dealer, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!!!
Buy the warranty if offered - Jandy support is not good. Started having trouble with my salt cell only 1.5 seasons after replacement - not producing chlorine. Jandy support wanted me to jump through all kinds of hoops to get it covered - "jandy licensed pool professional" would have to come out (which they wouldn't help locate), have to run all kinds of test with the water, blah blah; they basically didn't want to cover a faulty item that should last 5-7 years under normal conditions. bought another one from my pool guy, so ... read more
NO WAY TO GET WARRANTY THROUGH SELLER PRODUCT FAILED AFTER 60 DAYS, SELLER WOULD NOT HONOR THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY
Quality alert This product is poor quality and did last a full year. This is the second unit purchased through Amazon, warranty is challenging to claim after 90 days. The dissimilar metal in the contact has arched and melted the enclosure; potentially creating a fire hazard.
Save your money Sensor only last 1 summer. Not very well made.
