I don’t know where to begin with Jason, he was such a blessing to work with. Without him and his wonderful team over at total mortgage I don’t know how we would’ve been able to do everything that we were able to do. he made himself available at all hours of the day, even while he was on vacation. Jason and the whole team at Total Mortgage made the entire process easy. Even in an unstable market with interest rates rising Total Mortgage was there for us to make sure we could lock in a rate and make our plans and finances work. Dont be fooled by the reviews. Jason has put the phone down on me numerous times while I was talking without even granting me the basic courtesy of thank you or goodbye. I'm not sure if this is a general policy on the company or if its unique to Jason. The moment Jason hears that I havent yet followed up on my preapproval he just puts down on me while Im talking.
