I don't even want to give a star when there is no way to contact someone that would even begin to answer where my refund check is for the GAP insurance that I paid on a car loan. I paid the vehicle off within 2.5 months and am owed quite a bit (over $700) for a refund. I did all the documentation through my dealer and was told that I would have a check directly from JM&A (Jim Morgan & Associates, Inc.) within a months time. Attempting to reconcile a totaled car, with the Finance company sending letters that more is owed (after full insurance payment), and JM&A stating that there is no gap. Directly asking both companies to talk to each other and reconcile the two books resulted in statements (from both) that they "could not call out". This must be a new trend where businesses are saving money by not using outbound phone lines, through the supervisor level. I need to talk to my boss, make my job easier. WORST COMPANY EVER!! Do not purchase Gap insurance from these crooks. Took my money up front for my contract and is now refusing to pay for their service after my car was totaled (of no fault of mine). They are giving every excuse as to why they cannot do their job. Look them up and you will see that there are other people complaining about them. Please whatever you do, don't do business with this company.

I have sent three letters with copy of the Total Loss Protection Retail Installment Sales Contract/Lease Agreement to cancel this GAP insurance. I was told by the Finance Office at Bev Smith Toyota to cancel this insurance when I had paid two years for the car. To date the insurance has not been cancelled, balance refunded or even a telephone call or letter from *** ****** Extremely disappointed in this company and the way the do business.

This is the worst company i have ever worked with. DO NOT BUY GAP INSURANCE THROUGH THEM. They drag their feet when you try and get them to do what you paid them for. Again, DO NOT BUY INSURANCE THROUGH THEM.

Never get GAP from this company. I have had GAP in the past thru other companies. This company is hard to deal with. The only way they like to notify you is thru the mail even though they have your email address from your claim. They covered less than 50%($1,146) of what was left after insurance ($2,500). Get loan/lease payoff thru your insurance company and don't work with this useless company. How many negative reviews can a company have before they finally get downgraded. B+? More like a C to C-.

Business is business. Right, I agree with that, and this company is here only to do business in sucking costumers' money. So beware...NEVER do business with JM & A and tell your friends. When it comes to the time of claim for GAP, they do the MAGIC of numbers to arrive at negative value so that it will come out that they do not have to pay you anything. We have the same bad experience with other customers who had a total loss of their vehicle. Also, they do not acknowledge communications on time!!!. You do NOT have a voice..... read more

I paid off my vehicle within the year of having it. I purchased 2 service contracts at the suggestion of Arrigo Fiat. All paperwork was turned in. I have not received my refund checks despite of my numerous inquries - JM&A Group blames it on the storm and the US postal service. I am in WPB and they are based out of Deerfield Beach Florida any mail take two/3 days max!! i know they are holding on to my funds! I will file complaint with Arrigo as well as the BBB. They are a terrible company. They paid out next to nothing on my claim after my car was totaled leaving me out more than $2000. Their contract leaves them liable for the bare minimum. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone else. In fact, as someone who works in the insurance industry I will make sure yo warn clients about them from here on out.
