I have been going there for years and so far it has always been good for me
I was greeted as soon as I walked in. We sat together and discussed what I was liking for in my next vehicle. We settled on a couple of options, completed a test drive and closed the purchase. All in, a really good experience.
Easy to work with. No hidden agendas. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Every employee or manager we spoke with was personable and had great customer service skills.
Every time I need a service repair I get that it will take 3 days to diagnose. Until it's diagnosed no loaner car. It doesn't take 3 days to diagnose. Both times the work was done in three days. The last oil change the advisor said I should get an air filter but wanted me to pay for cabin air filter. My esp pays for both. Since he never went over the 5 services he said I declined, I left town to the valley with an oil leak. So they did the oil leak in 3 days, not three to diagnose but total.
