Right services with reasonable price. The advisor Lana was really nice. The waiting area is clean and well organized.

Easy to schedule service, check in and check out. Comfortable space and access to wi-fi internet to work online while waiting. I only service my vehicle at Joe Myers Ford.

Love the customer service. Unfortunately couldn't get the recall on my vehicle done nor was the coolant topped off as I thought they said they would do. No big deal though.

My service advisor Marcos B was very helpful and have worked with him previously when I thought something wasn’t quite right with the work done, he checked everything out and made sure all was good and had it ready by the end of same day I will use Marcos again for my other ford vehicle this summer
