Last year I posted a 1-star review but today I had amazing service from Luis, taking this review from 1 stars to 5 stars. Last year it was incredibly difficult to get someone to acknowledge me in the service area but this morning, Luis greeted me as soon as I got out of my car (at 7:15am) & gave me an Uber ride to work. Sales person was awesome and did a great job getting me the deal I wanted. Finance agent did an amazing job getting my paperwork ready for me when promised and I literally spent 3 minutes signing the last few pages I needed to sign and I was driving my new truck
