It was a great experience. I haven't bought from a dealer in over 10 years due to a previous experience. I was glad I bought from Joe Meyers. Kenny Pan was excellent in helping me get my vehicle to a price I was happy with. Devin Peoples was also excellent in explaining everything to me in great detail. Marvin Gonzalez is awesome! This was the most enjoyable car buying experience we've ever had and we've had many. I left feeling like we got a fair, win-win deal, not taken advantage of in any way. Joe Myers isn't the closest Ford dealership to us, but we will be going back for our next purchase.

The service was excellent -5. I was not at my best when I came in and Mentrell Jackson went above and beyond to resolve my seatbelt problems. In addition, he reset my grandchild's car seat and showed me how to do it explaining as he went. He changed a bad start to my day into a positive experience. Thank you.

Tried a drive-up (non-scheduled) appointment to get a tire repaired. Dealer didn’t have the tire in stock and was unable to obtain one elsewhere locally due to the widespread power outages caused by Hurricane Beryl. Service manager Phillip Martinez bent over backwards to locate a tire in San Antonio and get it expedited for a next day replacement.
