Been doing business with Ford since 1977 and have been doing business with Joe Myers from 1989 to now and have been happy with every vehicle I have bought! This time is special as I believe this will be my last one and I was treated special by the sales staff and finance to parts department! Thank you everyone!

Cedric was nice. He had no control over the service department. He got my oil changed at the time that he said.

Service advisor Luis Acosta is kind,polite,courteous and knowledgeable. I prefer my services at this location due to the professionalism and courteous of Luis Acosta. Luis Acosta did an amazing and awesome job with his customer service. Luis Acosta made sure that I was taking care of 💯 percent from the time I came in to drop my car off until I returned back to pick up my car. Luis Acosta made sure I had a ride from the dealership to my home and pick back up once my car was ready. Both drivers were awesome

Darrel McQ greeted me at my car while waiting in the service bay and said he’d take care of it from there. While browsing the vehicles in showroom Calvin G introduced himself. We chatted about base prices for the new models. I approached him later inquiring about the Maverick models, a brief discussion on trade in, he saw I’m a customer since 2005. I keep coming back because of the Ford vehicles reliability and the great customer service of guys like Joe in the parts department.
