Horrible customer service!! I wish I could give them a zero rating!! Lack of communication at this dealership, basically had to hunt down people to get answers about service being done to my brand vehicle. Would not come here for any services.

Worse Dealership ever, should of looked at reviews before.. I traded a car in almost a month ago and Im still making payment so I wont get a late payment on my credit. They asked for a 10day pay off and its almost a month. I get it they may be mad cause I did not let them rip me off and told them the only way I would buy their car was if they send a purchase order to my Credit Union I refuse to go through their financing. Let me just start off by saying, I have had the same vehicle for 8 years and finally decided it was time. I came here looking at a car I found online. I went to test out the car and the car battery didn't work so he had to jump it, I went back and forth with this person to get the battery replaced. After I purchased the vehicle he said he would personally take care of the issue with the battery. It took a week. There is also something wrong with the suspension. Let me start by saying this is not a negative review of the dealership as a whole. This is only directed towards the salesman that I ended up with. I went in to make a purchase and at the end of the day an agreement could not be made which can or should be expected when negotiating for a vehicle, however my salesman Bruce Wchs was evidently not ok with it. Without getting into details I will just say Bruce was one of the most unprofessional salesmen in any business that I have ever worked with.

Horrible customer service in the service department. I need a NEW ENGINE on my 2017 Ford Escape related to a technical service bulletin and I called to see if they could give me a quote on time frame to see when the work could be completed. General time frame was all I needed. The man on the phone wouldn't even listen to what I was telling him/asking. Horrible experience. I communicated via email with a salesperson to confirm that the vehicle was still available because I would be driving 4 hours (Shreveport). I was informed that the vehicle was still available so my wife and I made the drive. As you probably already guessed...the vehicle was sold a week ago. Unbelievable!!! I wish I would have read the Yelp reviews beforehand and I would have been forewarned to avoid this dealership like the COVID-19 virus.

I live in Fort Worth and had been working with Lucas Lara, salesman with Joe Myers Ford for a week on preparing a purchase of a 2016 F-250 Platinum pickup. Lucas was responsive and patient with this distance purchase. I have no complaint about his service, which was exemplary. The paperwork was prepared through my Credit Union and insurance binder established for THAT pickup, and I was driving to Houston with my wife to finalize the deal. Beware of Josh the financial guy, he got me into a loan with crb mechanics bank that's taking my peace away, he told me i would be able to make payments to the principal of my loan and repay the loan in a short period of time if i wanted to, he also highlighted everything in paper, well it turns out i can not, not matter what i do, i have to pay interest or pay in advance for money i still don't ought, thanks josh for your business and all the lies, i will never go back to Joe Myers ford.

I will never go back to Joe Myers Ford. I have used their service department several times and every time but one was a bad experience. I make appointments for 7am and then don't hear back until 5pm or the next day if I'm lucky. Usually I have to call to get updates and even then still don't hear back. Today I dropped my vehicle off and was told that because I had it fixed for a check engine light a month ago it would be made a priority and taken straight back to the technician.
