This time they only provide Uber service one-way, while last time they covered round trip. Service guy told me it's because Mazda paid less this time. I would not be disappointed if they could let me know when I made the service appointment, thus I could choose another dealer that's closer to my house.

This is the third Kia dealership I have tried, and the first to respond to emails and/or phone calls. They kept me informed of the progress and accurately predicted when it would be finished.
