The service team at Joe Meyers Kia are the definition of quality customer service. They are very professional and caring with all of my questions and concerns. I will continue to use them as my service provider for my vehicles. Kudos to the entire crew from service writers to the mechanics and technicians.

Still expensive, this economy isn't getting any better you know what I mean? Really feeling it In my pocket every time that I come in. But otherwise the service is fantastic. The employees in the service department are always incredibly knowledgeable and personable. Although another downside to coming is they still don't have tazo tea in the front waiting area, just commit Bigelow tea, far beneath the standards of mazda, but I'd imagine they're not immune from the economy either. Overall 5/5 stars

I would recommend they provide customers with a courtesy car wash.
