Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!! Sales lied to us to get us in, then told us they couldn't do what they agreed to on the phone. Guess I will be buying my Mazda somewhere else!

DON'T SHOP HERE. This dealership is hands down the worst customer service out there. I've been car shopping for about 3 months at dealerships all over Houston and the surrounding areas, and Joe Myers Ford was the worst experience out of all of them. They kept telling me that they were going to work a deal with me, but NEVER came down on there listed price. Not to mention, they low-balled me on my trade in. They were happy to rope me into phone conversations or visiting their lot, but they wouldn't budge on their prices.... read more

I was looking for a new SUV and was shopping around with several dealers in the area to see what kind of a deal I could get. Don't bother going to Joe Myers, they will not even try going down on price. I was looking for more room in a vechicle and the SUV had a decent amount of room, but not at $45,000 or more.I suggest if you are looking for more room, to look at a custom conversion van. Joe Myers and I agreed on the price via email. When I went into the dealership to complete the purchase of the vehilce, I was told that it would cost an additional $700 above the agreed pricing. After trying to get them to meet their agreed price for 2 hours, I decided to leave. Buyer beware.

BE WARNED GO ELSEWHERE! This is a totally underhanded dealership from the sales floor to finance. We negoitiated a great price on our son's kia soul. Did our homework before going. Because the sales director did not realize the negotiated price before approved, he did his best to give us the run around and try to convince us not to finance via our credit union. Not Hated it- But DETEST IT- This is a place where I must say, it deserves a -3 star, a 0 star would be too good. This is the paragon of a dealership people need to AVOID!!!! Avoid this dealership, just like you can apparently see from previous reviews, this place is the definition of "insincerity and beguile". I felt bad for a new salesman that looked like a kid!
